Return & Refund Policy

Please keep the following in mind:

• You should return the item to us within 30 days of receipt
• Merchandise must have been originally purchased from ruralmfg.com or Rural Manufacturing Co., Inc.
• Returns must be shipped to Rural Manufacturing Co. Inc. at customer’s expense and may be subject to 10% restocking charge

Include the following with your return:

• A copy of the sales receipt OR invoice/order number and date purchased
• State the reason for your return
• Provide a daytime phone number by which you may be contacted
• State your preferred method of reimbursement:
• Credit back on your charge card
• Refund check
